Use of the game
Sky Drifter is a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable entertainment application. You may use it on devices and accounts permitted by the applicable app-store rules. Do not reverse engineer, automate, exploit, resell, tamper with, or interfere with the game, its services, or other players except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Online features and fair play
Leaderboards and other online features may use a platform account, player identifier, display name, or call sign. You are responsible for activity associated with your platform account and for keeping access to it secure.
Do not manipulate scores, submit impossible results, use unauthorized tools or modified software, impersonate another player, harass others, or disrupt online services. The developer may reject, correct, reset, or remove scores and restrict online access when reasonably necessary to protect fair play, security, or other players.
Purchases and virtual items
Digital products are sold through Apple, Google Play, or another displayed platform. Prices, taxes, payment processing, cancellations, and refunds are governed by that platform’s terms.
Cubes, gems, energy, skins, ships, trails, trophies, upgrades, and similar virtual items are licensed features with no cash value. They are not currency, property, investments, or transferable assets. Consumable packs are used when credited or spent and normally are not restorable. Do not duplicate, trade, sell, manipulate, or charge back a transaction while retaining delivered items. Contact support if a completed purchase is not delivered.
Content and conduct
Sky Drifter’s code, artwork, music, sounds, names, characters, worlds, and presentation are owned by or licensed to the developer. You may not copy, sell, redistribute, or create unauthorized derivative products from them except as permitted by law or the platform licence. You are responsible for material you submit in support requests and must have the right to share it.
Availability and updates
The game and its features may change, be rebalanced, interrupted, retired, or become unavailable because of maintenance, security, platform changes, network conditions, ad inventory, service-provider changes, or other operational reasons. Online rankings may reset by season. Virtual items, prices, rewards, and gameplay values may be changed where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.
Disclaimer and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sky Drifter is provided “as is” and “as available” without a promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device. The developer is not responsible for losses caused by platform outages, unsupported modifications, unavailable advertisements, or circumstances outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer guarantees or other rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited in your jurisdiction.
Contact and changes
These terms may be updated as Sky Drifter, its services, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after a revised version takes effect means the revised terms apply, except where further consent is required by law.
