Quick summary

Sky Drifter can be played without creating a separate RYCX GAMES account. Core progress and settings may be stored on your device. Online features such as leaderboards, purchases, and rewarded advertisements use platform or service-provider systems and may process identifiers, transaction status, scores, and basic technical information.

The developer does not receive your full payment-card number. Rewarded advertisements are optional, and privacy or tracking choices are presented where required.

Information processed

• Gameplay and progress: ship unlocks, upgrades, currencies, energy, settings, challenge progress, scores, and related save data.
• Leaderboard data: a player or platform identifier, display name or call sign, avatar where enabled, scores, rank, season, and anti-abuse signals.
• Purchase information: product, transaction or receipt identifiers, entitlement status, price region, and purchase or restoration status supplied by the app store or purchase provider.
• Advertising data: device and advertising identifiers where permitted, consent choices, approximate location derived from IP address, ad impressions, interactions, and reward completion status.
• Technical data: app version, device model, operating system, language, country or region, crash diagnostics, network status, and basic performance information.
• Support communications: your email address and anything you choose to include, such as screenshots, device details, or order references.

How information is used

Information is processed to operate and save the game, deliver purchases and rewarded bonuses, publish and protect leaderboard results, detect fraud or cheating, diagnose crashes, improve balance and reliability, comply with legal obligations, and respond to support or privacy requests.

Where consent is the appropriate legal basis, you may withdraw it through the in-game privacy options or your device settings. Other processing may be necessary to provide requested features, perform a contract, protect the game and its players, or comply with law.

Service providers

Depending on platform, region, and enabled features, the following providers may process information under their own terms and privacy policies:

Online leaderboard or crash-reporting services, if enabled in your build, may also process the minimum identifiers, scores, and technical data needed to provide those features. The app-store privacy disclosure for your installed version identifies the services configured for that release.

Advertising, consent, and tracking

Rewarded advertising is optional: you choose whether to start an advertisement in exchange for the displayed energy or other in-game bonus. A reward is issued only after the advertising provider confirms that the requirement was completed.

On Apple devices, the game may request permission before accessing the advertising identifier for tracking where Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework requires it. On Android, advertising and privacy controls are governed by your device settings and applicable consent choices.

The developer does not sell personal information for money. Depending on local law, personalized advertising may be treated as sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising. Where required, consent and opt-out controls are provided through the game or device settings.

Storage and retention

• Local progress: remains until you reset the game, clear its storage, or remove the app, subject to device backup and platform behavior.
• Leaderboards: scores and associated player identifiers may remain for the applicable season, historical rankings, fraud prevention, or until deletion is requested where available.
• Purchases: records are retained as needed to deliver and restore purchases, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations.
• Advertising: data is retained according to the advertising provider’s settings and policy.
• Support requests and logs: are kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, secure the service, maintain records, and resolve disputes.

Your choices and privacy rights

You can decline rewarded advertisements, manage tracking and advertising choices in the game or device settings, choose whether to use optional online features, change your platform display name through the applicable platform, and reset local progress through available controls or by removing the app.

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection. Some records may be retained when required for purchases, fraud prevention, security, legal compliance, or disputes. Information controlled directly by Apple, Google, RevenueCat, or another platform provider may require a request to that provider.

Children’s privacy

Sky Drifter is a general-audience game and is not directed specifically to children under 13. The developer does not knowingly ask a child to provide a name, email address, or other contact information through the game. Parents or guardians who believe a child provided personal information directly to the developer may request review and deletion.

Security and international processing

Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used to protect information, but no electronic system is completely secure. Service providers may process information in countries other than your own, including the United States, subject to the safeguards and legal mechanisms in their policies.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when Sky Drifter, its providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be revised when an update is published. Material changes will be communicated in the game or on this page where appropriate.
