Quick summary
STACK does not require a name, password, or game account to play.
Scores, settings, unlocks, and challenge progress are normally stored on your device.
Rewarded ads are shown only when you choose an ad-supported revive or reward.
Apple and Google handle payment-card details. STACK does not receive your card number.
Information that may be processed
Game data stored on your device
STACK stores progression such as sparks, unlocks, equipped cosmetics, daily rewards, awards, run history, ghost recordings, settings, and music-cache status in local app storage. This data is used to resume the game and is not normally sent to the developer.
Purchases
When you buy gems or other consumables, Apple or Google processes the payment. RevenueCat may process product identifiers, transaction or receipt information, purchase status, storefront, currency, and an app-specific or anonymous user identifier so purchases can be delivered and protected from duplicate grants.
Rewarded advertising
If you choose a rewarded revive, Google AdMob may process technical and advertising information such as device type, operating system, IP address, approximate location, advertising identifiers where permitted, consent choices, impressions, interactions, and diagnostics. Ad availability and processing depend on your region and device settings.
Music delivery
Purchased soundtracks may be streamed from a configured content-delivery host after ownership is recorded. The CDN may receive a request for the selected track and ordinary web request information such as IP address, user agent, and timestamp.
Support requests
If you email support, the developer receives the details you choose to include, such as your email address, device model, game version, screenshots, purchase information, and a description of the issue.
How information is used
Information is used only as reasonably necessary to operate the game, preserve local progress, deliver and verify purchases, provide eligible ad rewards, stream owned music, prevent duplicate transaction grants, diagnose crashes and performance issues, respond to support requests, and meet legal or platform requirements.
Service providers
Depending on the platform and configuration, these providers may process information under their own terms and privacy policies:
Storage and retention
Local game data remains on your device until you reset progress, clear app storage, or remove the app. Store and advertising providers retain transaction, advertising, and diagnostic information according to their policies and legal obligations. Support emails are kept only as long as reasonably needed to resolve the request and maintain necessary records.
Your choices and rights
- You may decline optional rewarded ads and deny tracking permission where your platform provides that choice.
- You may disable sound, music, and vibration in STACK settings.
- You may reset local progression from Settings; this cannot undo a store transaction.
- You may contact the developer about access, deletion, correction, or privacy questions.
Requests may require enough information to identify the relevant support conversation or transaction. Store refunds are handled by Apple or Google.
Children’s privacy
STACK is not directed at children under the age required by applicable law. The game does not knowingly request personal information from children. Parents or guardians who believe a child provided personal information may contact support so the issue can be reviewed.
Changes and contact
This policy may be updated when the game, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
