A busy arena should feel exciting, not unreadable. Neon Horde Survivor treats clarity as part of the combat system.
Make the threat legible
Color, movement and shape help separate the player, hostile patterns, and the effects that matter. Not every bright object should demand equal attention.
Make upgrades feel like choices
A new core or weapon matters when players can understand what it changes. Each decision should be legible before it becomes spectacular.
Leave room for the player
The goal is to let people find a path through escalating pressure. The screen can become louder while the decision stays clear.
